Our shipments is thoroughly checked before leaving our warehouse, if you are still not happy with your purchase, kindly get in touch with us.


  • Returns are permitted as long as the merchandise is undamaged, and has all original tags and labels. The merchandise must be returned with the invoice and in its original packaging.

  • Before returning an item, the client who intends to do so should email and let us know why they're doing so. Only after receiving the customer's email will Dira consider a product return.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise, you should contact us with any issues you have about damage, discoloration, etc (s). In order to analyse the received complaint, Dira retains the right to request a digital image of the same.

  • Regarding the state of returned products, our decision is final.

  • Shipping costs for returns must be paid for by the purchaser.

  • The buyer, recipient, or consignee should ship the goods to the following location after receiving Dira's email authorization for the return of the item:

Our Clothing Store has a strict no cancellation policy, once an order has been placed. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. We will initiate the refund process within two working days of receiving the item back from the customer. The refund amount will be initiated to the buyer’s account within five to seven working days.
